"I have lived in Pelican Bay for 4 years now, and I love it. The location puts it at the heart of many things, like Mercato, the Pavillion, and only about 15 min from Old Naples." - Niche.com
Pelican Bay was purchased from Barron Collier in 1972 who wanted to develop the beachfront area simultaneously preserving the richly forested land. Originally named Clam Day, Pelican Bay was a model of environmental planning and today is a beautiful combination of both Florida's natural beauty and Naples's high-end sophistication in real estate. This master-planned coastal community offers a few gated and non-gated subdivisions surrounded by nature and gorgeous landscaping.
