The unique Beach Park is a 34 acre Gulf Island Beach Park located at the northern end of Big Hickory Island. It's accessible by Pelican Landings boat shuttle from Coconut Point Marina. Residents and their guests can enjoy swimming, beachcombing, birdwatching, and even fishing. Facilities include a beach house with open decks, showers, restrooms, picnic pavilions, beach chairs, and umbrellas.

The Pelican Landing sailing center is a courtesy to all residents of Pelican Landing. It offers sailboat rides and free sailing lessons as well as races and tournaments throughout the year.

The tennis courts and bocce ball courts may be reserved up to three days in advance and feature state-of-the-art tennis courts open seven days a week. The center is managed by experienced professionals and hosts tournaments, resident tennis and socials, and leagues.

The unique canoe and kayak park is situated on Pelican's Nest Drive and are available to all residents for use on Spring Creek. This winding creek leads out to Estero Bay and includes a launch, boat dock, a scenic boardwalk, and picnic areas.

Several lots are also still available in places like Coventry, Sanctuary, and Pinewater Place. Homeowner association fees range anywhere from $500 annually with master HOA fees of up to $2700 annually, transfer fees, and condominium fees around $700 quarterly.
