There is no one else you should even consider using for an Agent other than Dennis Wagaman.  We met Dennis at an open house on the Beach, and had been working with other realtors and property for over a year.  None of them worked as hard for us as Dennis did.  He put on several beach properties and eventually bought one to our liking.  We have since sold a purchased other another Beach property and we wouldn’t have been able to do it with out Dennis.  In todays crazy real estate market you definitely want Dennis on your side.  He flat out get’s things done for you.  And I forgot to how say how well he stays with you through the close. A true professional.
